DUST-UP:

Even if dusting is a part of your regular cleaning routine, theres nothing like giving your home a full once over to get into all of those hard to reach places. Don’t forget to dust inside display cabinetry, behind the TV, under the rug, on-top of your door frame mouldings and between the blinds!

REFRESH:

Are you tired of your current decor? You don’t need to start from scratch to make it feel new and exciting. Refresh and update your look by adding a lick of new paint, re-upholstering that old chair, or investing in a new and more modern piece. It’s surprising how a small yet simple change can create a fresh new perspective.

GREEN HOUSE EFFECT:

There is nothing that’s more symbolic of new beginnings, than new life itself. Replace any fake or dried flowers with fresh florals and greenery to bring a sense of nature and the outdoors inside. Think herb boxes, hanging plant globes or a lush indoor tree.

LIGHTEN & BRIGHTEN:

The arrival of Spring signals the change of longer days and shorter nights. It’s a time to embrace the extra light by cleaning the windows, swapping out heavy window treatments and opening up the house up to the sunshine.

FLORAL FANTASY:

Nothing says spring quite like some fabulous florals – and we’re not just talking about the type you get in vase! Go beyond the typical seasonal variety and add a touch of floral inspired wallpaper or fabric for an instant transformation.

PLAY WITH PASTELS:

If the 2016 Pantone colors were anything to go by, this year is the Spring to play with pastels. Whether your daring enough to re-paint a whole room or would prefer to experiment will accessories or an accent chair, a new pastel hue such as rose or serenity can leave you feeling calm and relaxed and ready for the new season.
