The Bloomfield project started as a design job, with a few renovation ideas in the pipeline. However, after a routine plumbing check-up, we had some unexpected discoveries…

Above, Joe Guinnelly (our on call plumber) is telling Tim (the property owner) the cold hard facts. The Bloomfield project will need, all-new water mains, an upgraded sewer line and storm drains, along with the removal of an old oil tank. And we are not finished there…

After pulling up the warped floor boards (pictured above) and scrapping most of the inside fixtures (pictured below), it is clear that the Bloomfield project will be more of a renovation project than a simple design job.

Swift Morris Interiors now sets out to complete (in addition to the instillation of new water mains, a new sewer line, storm drain and oil tank) 3 new bathrooms, 2 new furnaces and a new kitchen!

Undaunted by this great task ahead, we are now very excited to be in the process of preparing the Bloomfield project for a drastic, yet much needed renovation.
