Did you know that the saucer-like eyes of an owl are able to spot a mouse at 100 feet in pitch darkness? Because their eyes are so well adapted for low light conditions, they cannot roll or move them. In order to compensate for this they are able to turn their heads 270 degrees left to right and upside down.
In ancient history owls were thought to be able to see right into the very thoughts and dreams of those they chose… can you see these three on your holiday tree? They are looking out for you from our Hoboken and Newport shops!
